Son cargos del hospital por el código CPT 77066 (Mamografía diagnóstica (ambas mamas)). El archivo de precios de un hospital cubre los cargos del propio hospital. Los médicos que no son empleados del hospital —en estudios de imagen, normalmente el radiólogo que lee el estudio— pueden facturarle aparte, y otros servicios del mismo día (contraste, una inyección, una consulta) tienen sus propios códigos.
