What we can correct
- A price on this site that does not match the hospital's file for the date we show.
- A hospital that has published a newer price file than the one we used.
- A hospital listed in the wrong city or system, or a location missing from its page.
What we cannot change
- Prices as the hospital wrote them. If a list price looks wrong but matches the file, the hospital has to correct its file; we update as soon as it does.
- The price you were billed. For a billing dispute, contact the hospital's billing office.
How we handle a report
- We open the hospital's file for the date shown on the page and look up the same code.
- If we were wrong, we fix the page, update the date and add an entry below.
- If the file itself changed, we load the new file for that hospital.
